The solid carcass conveyor belt as skeleton force body, impregnated PVC paste, to cover PVC or form PVG cover rubber. Product has excellent fire-resistant, static conducting performance; light-body, high tensile strength, entirety Performance well, no delamination , shock, tear. Applicable to convey coals under flammable occasions in coalpit, can also be used to industries which with the requirement of fire-resistant, or anti-static electricity chemical industry, metallurgy industry etc..

The solid carcass conveyor belt can be divided into three types, according to the different glues,.

A.       The ordinary PVC conveyor belt

The upper and lower rubbers is all PVC . The single thickness ≥10mm, without compression, used for conveying coal mine underground angle 16 degrees below the occasions.

B.      The molded PVC conveyor belt 

The upper and lower rubbers is all PVC(Or modified PVC). The single thickness reached 4mm, after molding , the advantage of hit wear resistance ,water-fast , long service life and high efficiency joint is all higher than ordinary PVC conveyer belt. And it’s used for conveying coal mine underground angle 16 degrees below the occasions

C.      PVG conveying belt

The upper and lower rubbers is all butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber. The single thickness 1.5-4.5mm, used for conveying coal mine underground angle 20 degrees below the occasions
