Industrial rotary dryer  (rotary dryer) is a drying machine used to dispose masses of materials. Due to its reliable working, flexible operation, good adaptation and large handling capacity, it is generally used in metallurgy, building materials, food, light industry, chemical engineering, coal industry and medicine.

Operating principle of the industrial rotary dryer:

In drying process, wet asphalt is first sent to feed port by a conveyor, then to the stock guide by the chute inside the end socket, then to the cylinder. The cylinder is slant. The asphalt enters from the higher end and gets out from the lower end. There is a shoveling plate installed on the inner wall of the cylinder, which lifts the asphalt and scatter them to make them form a curtain, thus the asphalt can have a full contact with the heat air, in that case, the drying speed is improved and theasphalt moving speed is accelerated.
