Processing
Films can be cut by a plotter machine or laser cut machine before applied onto garments, then, they are applied onto garments using a heat pressure or an iron. When using a heat press, set the temperature around 150°C (300°F) ~ 160°C (320°F) and hold it pressed for about 10 to 15 seconds.

 

Features
Providing high glossy and glamorous effects. Not like many other companies using EVA, ethylene, we use polyester hot-melt which is three times expensive and not shows major harmful material(environment-friendly). Excellent durability is the biggest virtue of the film. Films are washable and suitable for a dry-cleaning.

Rapid adhesive working time while proving high production efficiency.
No harm to human body. No curling after transferring. 

 

Transfer condition
Temperature : 150°C~160°C
Time : 10~15 seconds 

 

How to use
1. Cut the film in reverse, at medium pressure
2. Weed the exceeding material
3. Place the material on the garment
4. Heat apply
5. Remove polyester backing film while it is a little warm
 

Note
It is recommended to conduct a test on the original material before every application.
