The Scientific Value Solutions Corp (SVS) is a semiconductor and LCD equipment manufacturer established in 1996. The company is throwing all of our efforts into new technologies and to equipments such as memory semiconductor, Foundry, OLED, LCD process area.
 
The MSX1000 (2"~8") and MSX2000 (2"~8") were released in 2002, they are photo-resist coating, developing and cleaning equipments for wafer. This system was introduced domestic/oversea and to other major semiconductor chip manufacturers to operate. The technology was recognized for its excellence and reliability.
 
Furthermore, we are producing equipments that are suitable for various processes such as BUMP, MEMS, OLED, LED to satisfy customers' needs.
 
In 2010, the new process equipment JIKJI-77, which is to apply TSV (Through Silicon Via) replaced the existing wafer 3D-packaging to electro-grafting system. This JIKJI-77 equipment was world's first development and it was technically proven when 8" equipment was exported to Canada.
 
AuSn/Gold Plating equipments applied new technologies such as plating uniformity of the membrane, the membrane adhesion, COO was dramatically improved and now it's attracting the market.
