Jeju Island is a volcanic island selected as TRIPLE CROWN in the field of natural science by UNESCO and one of New 7 Wonders of Nature which is a treasure island of the world citizens. 

Eleutherococcus sessiliflorus, among other things, whose original place of natural growth is Jeju, is an indigenous plant of Jeju (it is grown naturally from the seashore up to 1,400m above sea level), and Hallasan Ogapi Company founded in November 2006 started agrichemicals-free cultivation at the directly-managed farm (9971㎡) of Hallasan Ogapi from the beginning and acquired an eco-friendly certificate (organic farm produce) (Number 18-01-1-96) from Jeju Branch of National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service in 2010, and 5 items including ogapi extract have been certified as organic processed food from Jeju Certification Center of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Organic 012-00001), and secured a certificate of international organic farm and international organic processed food from IFOAM (IFOAM Cert.No.DCOK 036) so develops good product and export to home and abroad.
