- Prickly pear is called the Baeknyeon-cho in Korean, which means a plant that gives hundred years of life.
- The name was given due to its various health benefits. This fruit is in the cactus plant family.
- It contains three times as much dietary fiber as grain and more calcium than anchovies.
- It’s been receiving attention from the medical community, due to its recent findings in diabetes treatment and controlling the cholesterol level.
- Also, it is often used for cosmetic products because of its high vitamin C content, which is thirteen times more than that of an orange.

2. Tangerine peel
- It’s a tangerine peel powder made with tangerines grown from Jeju Island.
- Tangerine peel helps with lowering cholesterol level and prevents adult diseases.
- It is also good for skincare due to its high vitamin C content. - It is great for skin hydration, pimples, and skin irritation.
- Limonene from tangerine peel prevents moisture from evaporating.

1. Wash your face
2. Take a small dab of ‘your powder mix’ on your palm and put some lukewarm water on it.
3. Wash your face in circular motion to massage your face.
4. Rinse well with water, apply moisturizer on dry skin.
