Description of Products:
This product is mainly applied to degassing and deslagging for molten non-ferrous metals,which is an important component of degassing machine for aluminum melting furnace and aluminum alloy melting corollary equipment.Its working principle:the rotary rotor beaks Nitrogen(or Argon) that aerated into the molten aluminium to massive dispersive bubbles and disperses the bubbles into the molten metal.The bubbles absorb Hydrogen and slag inclusion in the molten metal and rise with them to the surface in order to purify the molten metal,on account of the principles of surface adsorption and difference of gas partial pressure .The fine dispersed bubbles mixed homogeneously with the rotary molten metal rise together with it slowly and spirally for a long-time contact which  prevent them from forming a rising continuous linear air current,consequently,they can eliminate the detrimental Nitrogen in the molten metal so that the product can improve the purification effect significantly.
