│ Laver's nutrition and effect │

Laver prevents cancer and aging and also, it has plentiful vitamin A (retinol) to protect lung membrane (10~100 times of vegetables, 1,400 times of beef, and 830 times of croaker). Vitamin C of 100~800mg (10 times of apple and 50 times of beef), which very effectively prevents aging, freckles, and stains and suppresses dead skin cell, is included more than lemon and tomato in laver.
Vitamin B1, which influences on brain development, is included by 10 times of beef and 30 times of croaker. Laver suppresses sclerosis of the arteries and prevents stomatitis and glossitis. Also, vitamin B2, which releases fatigue, is included by 10 times of beef and 17 times of croaker.



*Kind of laver*

  • Tranditional laver
    It is thin itself and has larger bump than general laver.
    Because it is thin and soft, you can feel good tasting. It has plentiful protein and also, because it has much vitamin and dietary fiber, it is helpful for your digestive organs.

  • Green laver
    Green laver contains green algae of about 30% or max. 50%.
    Green laver has plentiful mineral such as calcium and potassium.

  • Dolkim
    It is natural laver, which has excellent taste and smell.
    However, it has many holes on surface and it is coarse.
    Therefore, when you have it, you might chew a little hard fragment. As for ingredients, it evenly contains amino acid, compared to other laver products.

  • Kimbap laver/Jeonjang laver
    They are thicker and tougher than general laver products and its demand is high. Recently, its availability is very high.
