Also we acquired the quality management system certificate (CERMET ASIA) Eco friendly products and Environment Friendly Construction Material (HB Mark) Quality Certification with optimum antibiotic powers of 99.9%. Our product obtained fire resistance form approval from Korea Fire Equipment Inspection Corporation and combustion resistance form approval from Korea Register of Shipping. Taking into account the health of the customer, the eco-friendly products use water-soluble adhesive and are non-toxic.

About Deco Sheet

Using PVC, Deco Sheet provides many printing patterns and natural textures used at homes, offices, schools, and other interior usages. For our eco-friendly products, Public Procurement Service uses in different fields. The market is switching to more eco-friendly products as the health care for people became more valued.

PVC High gloss

PVC high gloss products are manufactured the same way as other products except the last process. By giving different level of glossiness to the products, the design and the color collaboration brings luxurious look to the interior. PVC high gloss products are used mainly doors and body of the furniture.

Membrane

Membrane is combination between pressing and vacuuming which the silicon rubber protects the heat directly touching the product surface. By doing so, the texture of the surface remains. Rose Rosa’s product developed the quality to have no whitening when it’s bent and shrinkage. Usage: office furniture, kitchen furniture, doors, refrigerator, air conditioner, other interior finishing.

Wrapping

For wrapping, our product is placed on the surface of MDF or chip boards. For glue, there are EVA, PO, PA, PU and also hot melt glue in usage. Due to the high temperature of spraying the glue, operators must be aware of the extension of the product. Rose Rosa’s product developed the quality to have no whitening when it’s bent and minimum shrinkage. Usage: Frame, molding, door frame and other interior finishing.

Overlay

For overlay, our product is placed on the surface of MDF or chipboards. By using EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), the full sheet covers the plate and throughout the whole surface. Usage: office furniture, kitchen furniture, doors, other interior finishing.
