Application

ALC 100 could effectively reduce air shrinkage and self-constriction during the process of drying of cementing material, dry mortar and special mortar.

Feature

ALC 100 could reduce surface tension of capillary hole of cementing material and concrete, so there are several advantages below:

Obviously reduce self-constriction and air shrinkage

Reduce stress of capillary tube and shrinkage tension

Strong anti cracking

Greatly improve impermeability of chloridion

Recommended Usage

0.1-2.0% of total weight of mortar, dry mixed mortar or concrete

Using standard equipment for mixing with other dry aggregate

Under slow stirring, put mixed material into water to homogeneous phase. For a period of time(1-5 minutes) after stirring, so that rigid granules fully wet

Storage

At least 6 months in sealed original package. Storage temperature should be under 35 degree Celsius. It may get clumpy after long storage period, but characteristic is not affected.
