This product is not a medical device. People who suffer from chronic shortness of breath, should not only breathe through their nose. Also people that have a severe snoring problem, or suffer from other medical conditions such as sleep apnea, asthma, heart disease, stroke, or hypertension should consult with a physician.

Do not sleep on your stomach while wearing the Mouth Strap. Rather, sleep on your back. This is an aid to prevent the mouth from opening during sleep. If worn too tight to the face, it can cause discomfort, especially to the ears. If the product comes off the face through improper use or violent tossing and turning during sleep, that does not constitute a defect in the product and does not qualify as reasons for return and/or refund.

Please apply skin lotion before using the Mouth Strap if you have sensitive skin. In especially dry winter skin may cause the upper and lower strap to slip off. When this happens, applying moisturizer or skin lotion after washing the face will help to hold the straps in place thereby enabling the Mouth Strap to hold your mouth closed.

6. Won't it come off if I toss about during the night?
      - If you toss and turn quite frequently during sleep or sleep in such a way that your ears fold, then it is possible that the straps may come off. However, by adjusting the tightness level you should be able to compensate for your active sleep patterns.
7. Won't it hurt my ears?
   - If worn properly, the Mouth Strap will not cause discomfort to your ears. Over-tightening of the bands will cause discomfort and pain to your ears and if this occurs you should adjust the straps accordingly.
8. Does it come in different sizes?
      - Our product can be adjusted to fit all shapes and sizes of the face. If the child is at least 6 years old and has an above average build then they should be able to use the Mouth Strap.
9. What is the material that touches the skin made from?
      - The material of the Mouth Strap that makes skin contact is made from 100 percent cotton and thus very safe for skin contact.
10. Will it help with snoring?
       - According to medical researchers, 85% of people who snore sleep with their mouth open. However, those who suffer from an acute case of snoring should consult with a physician.
11. What if I suffer from sleep apnea?
