Product Information

Besides, add nano alumina in the ceramic substrate, not only improve its sintering character, but increase the substrate thermal stability. Research has proved that add nano alumina can increase the thermal stability 2-3times, increase smoothness about 1.5times.
In the Extrusion Forming, nano size alumina will fill into the pore of micron alumina to decrease the porosity, and reduce the pore quantity, so that improve the ceramic density and its mechanical property.
