TIGER FOAM CLEANER

DESCRIPTION

TIGER FOAM CLEANER is used to clean of the PU foam application equipment and to remove fresh uncured polyurethane foam residues from the equipment after use. It can also be used to remove fresh uncured foam from other surfaces and to clean and remove grease from contaminated substrates.

PACKING AND STORAGE

Packaging: 500ml can(20 cans per box)

Storage conditions and shelf life: 36 months from date of production if stored in undamaged original sealed containers, in dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight at temperatures between +18°C and +20°C. The aerosol cans must be stored in a vertical position! An opened can must be used within ~ 4 weeks.

To clean the PU foam application valves and dispenser gun shafts or to remove residues and spots of foam from various other substrates. Spray directly onto the fresh foam leave for a few moments and then wipe with a clean cloth.

To rinse the metering application units. Remove any hardened / cured PU residues then screw the Seunghyun Foam Cleaner can onto the dispenser gun and press the trigger a few times. Leave the Seunghyun Foam Cleaner to work for a short time if necessary. The dispenser gun can then be stored attached to the Seunghyun Foam Cleaner for some time. If stored without being attached to the Seunghyun Foam Cleaner or before replacing spare parts, we recommend cleaning the dispenser gun thoroughly by repeating the cleaning process several times to ensure removal of all PU residues from inside the gun and its components.

Seunghyun Foam Cleaner can partly dissolve or discolour sensitive substrates (e.g. varnish, paint, plastics, textiles). We recommend testing the compatibility and colourfastness discretely on an unobtrusive area before every use.

Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.

Pressurized container. Protect from sunlight and temperatures over +50°C.

Do not open forcibly or incinerate, even after use.

Do not spray towards open flames or onto hot objects.

Keep away from ignition sources - no smoking.

Keep out of reach of children.

May form explosive mixtures without adequate ventilation.
