  IDO carefully collects Jeju sasa palmata leaves one by one with hands, which grows slightly shorter than men, washes and cuts them for use.
  We have gained the spotlights of the world by developing first fermented Jeju sasa palmata leaf tea. Now at the IDO's tea therapy R&D center, we are keep developing its recipe, focusing on Jeju sasa palmata leaf's functional changes & changes in taste after fermentation.

  Mulberry leaf has nothing to throw away, and now its regarded as popular healthy food instead of food for silkworm.
  Mulberry leaf is silkworm's favorite food, and it is the ingredient that can control human body system in a harmonizing way. that's why many researches are ongoing actively all over the world.
  During fermentation, mulberry leaf is broken down to easily digest low classed particles with enzyme process, and its raw and bitter taste reborns as beautifully brewed black tea colored, soft and sweet fermented tea through IDO’s one fermentation process.

  It was difficult to process it into tasty tea due to its own grass scent and water proof protective layers on its surface.

  IDO was verified it's anti-obesity effect through joint research and development with Daegu Oriental Medicine University. Traditionally, aged tangerine peel is known as more effective. Moreover, IDO’s fermentation process allows aged dried tangerine peel’s advantage while microbial enzyme process makes its components be more smoothly absorbed to human body.
  Normally, people just dry and boil it to drink it, while IDO’s tangerine peels goes through fermentation and aging process just like other medicinal ingredients. To achieve Willowy Tea’s objective, long time of R&D found fantastic mixing ratio of 40:30:20:10 between Sasa palmata leaf, Mulberry leaf, Lotus leaf and Tangerine peel, it finally packed into triangle shaped tea bag.
