Weld build up of smallest hole by hard,slippery material in the world

◆ Hinge composed of pin and sleeve prepared by weld build up by hard, slippery material should be used at the hot, high stressed severe atmosphere in which oil and grease can not be used. In such case, parts which have anti oxidation, anti bearing deformation, anti stick on, low friction should be used and the parts built up by G.1-AW on the stainless steel base metal is most ideal for this condition. New amorphous metal, G.1-AW has over Hv700 hardness at 500℃ and bear against hot big loading and have anti stick property and static friction coefficient of 0.12 and it works well at ash inserting condition and have good oxidation resistant with 25% chrome composition. Furnace hinge and pouring hinge for molten metal, glass processing and tanks track for severe operation could be good application.
