Marine Cone Fenders are the latest version of fenders developed based on Cell fenders, but with increased deflection and higher energy absorption. Cone fenders can be supplied in various grades to match the required reaction force and energy absorption.

Cone fenders have to be used along with steel facing panel fitted with UHMW-PE pads. Multiple Cone fenders can be used along with a single frontal panel to achieve the best possible result in terms of performance & economy.Its unique geometry has never been equaled for strength, stability and angular performance.

This fenders have the highest energy to reaction ratios of any fender currently in use. The high efficiency of the fender allows for designs to incorporate smaller, less costly cone fenders in places that would otherwise require a larger, less efficient rubber body. The Cone Fender has a design deflection of 70% of its height and provides great flexibility in it's application to operators. Cone Fenders are typically utilized with a complete fender panel system, but can also be used within a pile supported system.

Integral overload stops are available as an option and make the Super Cones almost impossible to damage, even in the most severe conditions. With sizes from 300mm to 2000mm and a large choice of rubber grades, Super Cones are suitable for nearly all fender applications.
