Two Stage grinding plant is designed by Shree Shantinath Engineers for fine grinding of soft to medium hard to hard, fiber and lumpy form of material. The small lumps material feed in to hopper which feed in to first stage Pre crushing unit. The swinging hammers on the rotating rotar, crush material at the stationary liners fitted on the top side in the grinding chamber before driving them through a screen at the base of housing. The crushed material goes pneumatically feed in to hopper which feed in to second stage for fine grinding up to 500 mesh BSS (25 microns) depending up on the physical characteristics of the material. The coarse material is ground between serreted conical/flat liner and high speed square/rectagular type tips. Fine powder undergoes fineness inspection through a gap plate before discharging through blower unit to a cyclone collector, fine dust entrapped in a dust collector. The water cooling arrangement is provided around the second stage grinding chamber to cool the grinding area.
