9-Ultra Efficient Electrodes

Platinum-titanium material electrode performs important role that separates

purified water into alkaline and acidic water. There is difference on alkaline

water quality by the platinum-titanium plating amount and the number of

electrode sheets.

It is equipped with 9 sheets of platinum-titanium plated electrode for high

quality alkaline ionic water generation.

Additional advantage of platinum-titanium plated material is that it has high

Automatic pH and ORP Control and Display

Auto controls the pH and ORP of your water by adjusting

the ionization according to the mineral content of your tap water.

This allows the GL-988 to estimate and display the pH and ORP

of your water.

Premium Dual Biostone Filtration

The GL-988 uses a premium activated carbon filter as well as

a specialized media filter to improve the filtration of tap water

contaminants including fluoride, chlorine and heavy metals.

High production capacity

Water flow rate is an important factor of quality ionization and

production capacity. GL-988 can produce quality alkaline water up

to a gallon/min. Even stronger ionization can be achieved by slowing

down the flow. The smart chip automatically reduces the flow rate to

produce strong water without any solutions.

Flow Control Knob

This special feature has been, until now, only available on much

more expensive ionizers. This enables you to control the flow of

water easily on your ionizer which in turn affects the strength of

the alkaline water and -ORP. The slower the water flow the more

time the water has to be altered by the ionization process.

However, you will find that in almost all cases there will not often

be a reason why you would need to slow the flow down due to the

exception strength of the Venus's ionization chamber.

The control knob though will prove very useful in helping to fine tune

your preferred pH level so that you get the exact same pH level every

time you use your GL-988.

Descriptions – water ionizer

The Ionized Water unit, slightly taller and thicker than a large dictionary on end, is an  electrical appliance connected to your kitchen water supply to perform electrolysis on  tap water before you drink it or use it in the kitchen for cooking or cleaning. A special attachment re-directs tap water out of the faucet through a plastic hose into  the Ionized Water unit. Inside the Ionized Water unit, the water is first filtered through  activated charcoal. Next, the filtered water passes into an electrolysis chamber equipped  with a platinum-coated titanium electrode where electrolysis takes place. Cations,  positive ions, gather at the negative electrodes to create cathodic water (reduced water).  Anions, negatively charged ions, gather at the positive electrode to make anodic water  (oxidized water).
