Gamma-polyglutamic acid is a bio-polymer consist of anion γ -peptide bond linkage that has high moisturizing ability and biodegradability. γ -PGA is fermented and extracted from Natto which has various nutrients such as Vitamin B2, B6, B12, E, K2 by using Bacillus Subtilis and has 10 times stronger moisturizing ability than Hyaluronic acid.
