Pharmacological Actions: 
The ginsenosides have a tonic action on the body: They can increase physical and intellectual performances; Having anti-stress, anti-fatigue and adaptation effects; Improving women's looks; Improving sexual vigour.

Brief Introduction:
Ginseng is the dried root of Araliaceae. The active ingredients in ginseng include Ginsenoside, non-saponin, small peptides and peptides, polysaccharides and so on. Ginsenoside is the most studied by the Research institute. One of the Rgl and Rbl were higher, activity, and the role of wide.

Main Functions:
1. For the central nervous system: calming, promoting nerve growing, anti convulsion & labor pains; anti febrile.

Dosage:
Dried, powdered root and rhizomes of 2- 3 grams per day can be used14. Concentrated solid extract standardized on eleutherosides B and E, 300-400 mg per day, can also be used, as can alcohol-based extracts, 8-10 ml in two to three divided dosages. Historically, eleutherosides is taken continuously for six to eight weeks, followed by a one- to two-week break before resuming.
