• Electric plated or Hot-Dip galvanized.
• Turnbuckle Hook & Hook meet the performance requirements of ASTM F 1145 Type 1, Grade 1, Class E.
• Proof load is 2.5 times the S.W.L. and Breaking load is 5.0 times the S.W.L.

1. General Theory

• Never apply more force than the turnbuckle's assigned Safe Working Load(SWL/WLL) rating.
• Never used for lifting applications.
• Turnbuckle assembly combinations include : Eye and Eye, Hook and Hook, Hook and Eye, Jaw and Jaw, Jaw and Eye.
• Forged jaw ends are fitted with bolts and nuts for 3/8"through 5/8", and pins and cotters on 3/4" through 2-3/4"sizes.
• Turnbuckles eyes are forged and elongated, by design, to maximize easy attachment in system and minimize stress in the eye. For turnbuckles size 1/4"through 2-3/4", a shackle one size smaller can be reeved through eye.
• Turnbuckles bolt male screw must be join to Turnbuckles body female screw range.
• If it have deformed parts, must be replaced immediately.

2. Before Using

• Must be take a provide personal protection equipment. (Such as footwear, gloves, Crash helmet, etc.)
• Working place always shall be the lighting.
• Shall be work, before remove dangerous article in the surroundings.

3. Using

• Never make a wrong application of the rule. (Overloading & Improper use can result in injury.)
• Over the 20kg weight products' using, must be use an appliance tool. (Forklift, crane, hoist, etc.)
• Where apply, must locate outside the danger zones. (A falling load may cause serious injury or death.)
• Never repair, alter, rework, or reshape a turnbuckles by welding, heating, burning, bending or grinding.
• Must be used for straight or In-line pull only.
• Always check the split pin(Jaw), supplied with products and, if that have anything damage. then, exchange it for new one.

4. After Using

• Should extreme circumstances or shock loading be applicable, this must be well taken into account on selecting the product to be used.
