1.INTRODUCTION
The equipment is based on RO SYSTEM which uses reverse osmosis membrane, and this equipment supplies the best water through stable equipment operation by minimizing fouling effect of membrane by organizing C.I.P.(Cleaning In Palace) line to consider process that to cohere and to remove turbidity, solidity, floating matters which can raise a problem during surface water purification process, colloid matter such as mud particle, organism, germs, seaweeds, and coloring matters, and to consider water quality's sudden worse due to the raw water is river.
2. FEATURES
(1) High Water Produce Rate(water flux) : It has high salt removal rate, is stable chemically in wide pH range, and is applied high function RO membrane that has wide operation control range of pressure and temperature.
(2) Considering to produce drinkable water, sterilizes completely by applying silver-ion sterilization before to move water to produced water storage tank.
(3) Designed to process all operations automatically by one operation through a purification process program. The program is Micro Process Computer type which is simple and accurate to compare with existing Relay operation type.
(4) Compact Design
The equipment is easy to move because it is installed to skid open type case which is installed auto-caster. And, the equipment can produce immediately if IN, OUTLET, and DRAIN are connected. Therefore, the equipment is easy to reinforce additional equipment by element change of raw water quality.
(5) Economical
Operating cost of the equipment is only Membrane, M/F, A/F, Salt, Resin, chemical change, and small electric cost.
