Mat Dry Cleaning Machine (KOMAT-1800)

This new model is cleaning mats without water.
The dust and wastes will be collected into a drawer which is placed back of the machine.(a wastes drawer)
So, you can be convenient to take away the wates easily.
Also, the top cover can be opened for taking out threads and maintain the brush easily as same as washmat-vacuplus model.(opening cover type)

The size is 10cm smaller in height and 10cm smaller in thickness than washmat-vacuplus. (The width is same as that of washmat-vacuplus). (a little smaller than washmat-vacuplus)

It can be cleaned 5 mats in 45 seconds. So, it is faster than washmat-vacuplus.  (faster cleaning)
So, they can put the mats 2 or 3 times, if they want. It will be helpful for better cleaning.

It is not needed for water. So, it can be saved the water consumption and is easy to install the machines in any places. (No water, saving operation cost, easy for installation)
No need to put water pipe and no worry about frozen water in the pipe in winter.

Any parking lots can be installed easily with only electricity. (any place installation, even no water)
It can be installed in the shopping mall parking lots, building parking lots and more, not only gas stations and car washing centers.

It will be much convenient and faster and save operation cost.
It will be another chance for you.

Of course, if you want to wash water brush, washmat-vacuplus will be better cleaning with water.
But, some places it may be hard to get the water pipe.
And then it will be good chance for this mat brush cleaning machine without water.

If it is not used by water, the material of body is used in EGI (steel with plated) sheet and painted.
It will be used  many years, even EGI, in our field experiences in Korea.

Of course, if you want to have the stainless steel body material, it will be possible, also.
 You can choose the material of body as you want.
