Ⅰ. Definition for Fine Pulp Mold
Fine pulp molded product is the thermoformed one by direct hot press manufacturing
process which is completely dehydrate inside of convex and concave molds.
The slurry is composed of virgin pulp , recycled paper , newspaper , natural palm or
reed fiber , etc. which leads to minimal impact to environment.
Additives for reinforcing the strength of finished pulp products and colorants can be
added to the slurry to make hundred kinds of product.
