AcouLab provides high frequency transducers with PolyVinyliDene Fluoride (PVDF) elements that specially designed to inspect IC packages with high resolution and small focal spot. To inspect modern IC package needs the high frequency ultrasonic, AcouLab PVDF transducer provides high frequency upto 110MHz. PVDF transducer is easy to use because there is no internal signals from acoustic lens. The PVDF transducer is an excellent choice for the most of thin IC packages.
