It is used for agitating, roll mixing milling and mixing several kinds of pulverulent with small quantity of liquid. It is used by purpose of mixing and dispersing in field of epoxy resin and adhesives etc. It is possible to do vacuum defoamation and N 2 within Vessel according to specification. It is divided into Plate Blade and Twist blade according to Sample's condition, Twist blade is usually used in high viscosity sample (about 1,000, 000 cps) to reduce excessive pressure that is imposed to Blade.

Features

Blade runs parallel motion of revolving and rotating at low speed. It crushes a pulverulent body and mixes in tiny gap between Blade and Blade. If you attach Twist Blade, you can get more effective Mixing's effect because sample moves up and down by blade. Each Blade can get efficient agitation without Dead Space crossing by tiny gap (about 5mm).
