• This item is needed specially for stainless steel production
• In the production process of steel, many solid particles and corpuscles come out from the surface of steel roll through the rolling machine due to high pressure and temperature
• The solid particles and corpuscles make the coolant oil to be dirty
• If dirty coolant oil pass the surface of roll, these will be the main reason of defective products and roll damage. But, coolant oil will be kept clean through the filltration system
• This EXK filter is one of the best filters to be used for this filtration system
• This EXK filter can be used for a long time because the filtratin system with this filter is washed and recycled by automatic system repeatedly
• This filtration system can be kept clean with this filter and can save cost because don`t need to change coolant oil so often
• The material of filter element is glass fiber and this make the dirty coolant oil to clean one by capillary phenomenon and pass the clean oil to the clean tank after filtering from filter tank by secondary pump
• Sludge on the surface of the filter element will be easily peeled off by backwashing with compressed air
