The ISOS Other Foundry Branch specializes in various kinds of opened die-forging, closed die-forging made of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass. It has ability to undertake the machining of various forging and die manufacturing, with the auxiliary process of stamping or injection or extrusion and so on, it can realize an organic whole program of forging-machining-assembly. The products are widely used in the fields of bridge building, shipbuilding, petroleum industry, power industry, port machinery, engineering machinery etc.

Process:

The process includes forging billet cutting, forging billet heating, pretreatment before forming parts, post-forming heat treatment, cleaning, calibration and testing.

Closed-die forging hammer with capacity of 3t,5t,10t;
