SUV L Series UV LED LINEAR Curing System

SMT’s Linear UV Curing System is mainly used for the most precise electronics industries. It is generally used in the process of bonding and end sealing of LCD TV, Smart phone, OLED panel,  specially curing the LC(Liquid Crystal) in the panel itself and printing.

Our Linear UV Curing System can make any beam size from 50mm to 2,400mm by customer requesting.

Life time of LED is more than 40,000 hours that reduce the cost of maintenance, and size is only 1/5~1/10  than existing UV lamp curing system.

External control

UV irradiation (time and timing) of the LED heads can be controlled by parallel signals from a programmable controller or other external devices. A variety of control is possible. For example, irradiation    time can be set up in increments of 1 second by the controller for each head. And an external signals    can be used to individually start or stop the UV irradiation of the LED heads. External control using    RS232C communication port is available. The setup process can be easily set up using a PC.
