Real time hygiene monitoring system (Clean Q)

│ DESCRIPTION │
ATP is acronym of Adenosine Tri-Phosphate, and every living organism(animal, plant, microorganism, yeast, etc.) has ATP and uses ATP as energy source for life activities. ATP can be an indicator for the existence of living organism. Therefore, ATP quantity is proportionate to the quantity of pollutants including bacteria. Pollution can be prevented by measuring ATP for cleanliness inspection, checking the effect of cleaning or washing, and performing more cleaning or washing if it is insufficient.

│ FUNCTION │

• Clean-Q is real time hygiene monitoring system. It checks ATP to find out the existence of germs. Traditional method is germ cultivation method. It gets samples and cultivates them for 48~72 hours. But it takes only 10 seconds with Clean-Q to check the contamination and amount of germs.
• Other method is used to analyze the cause of an accident such as food poisoning after it happens. But our system can be used for preventive purpose.

   - ATP measurement devices were quite expensive until 3 years ago. So the use was limited. Teltron introduced a low priced model in 2011. The price is low when it is compared to the quality.
   - It shows lower tolerance rate compared to foreign products (Kikkoman, Hygiene, and 3M).

│ HOW TO USE Clean-Q │

1. Surub evenly the area of 10cm x 10cm for mea-surement
2. Break the upper part of the tube and press to let it flow well.
3. Press "Measurement" and Shake for 10 seconds.
4. Put the reagent tube in the terminal, close cover and measure by pressing "Start"
