Established in 1966, Hanil Forging, has been supplying Hyundai,Kia, and Daewoo Motors with axle shafts and spindles for automobiles. Our Korean market share is more than 80%. We have obtained the ISO/TS16949 Quality Certificate and ISO14001 Environment Certificate, and have made supply contracts with major motor companies in 12 countries, including Ford, Daimler Chrysler, Nissan, GM, etc.,to supply spindles and axle shafts for medium and large vehicles on the basis of our internationally recognized technical ability.

Furthermore,we are also producing missile bodies which are high-tech precision, core product for defense industry, in addition to the components for ships, heavy equipments, and air crafts. We take our pride in the name of the Leader in Forging Industry.

Taking-off to one of the 3 makers in the world

In the commercial vehicle industry, Korean market has been stagnated due to the depression in logistics industry caused by high oil price. However, Hanil Forging is maintain superior competitive power in the international markets through ceaseless technology development and process improvement. Hanil Forging has become one of the three largest spindle makers in the world. Our financial structure has been greatly improved by large scale operational profit, ordinary profit, and net profit of the period on the basis growing export, which is the foundation of our second take-off. Furthermore, to secure bases in the six continents through positive management, we have declared Global Management in 2007, and established Hanil Forging(Thai) Inc. with 14M baht of capital. Hanil Forging(Thai) is building its factory aiming at the production from the first half of 2008 and expected to contribute to profit from 2009 when the factory runs on its main track. The factory will be our front base for the Southeast Asia, Australia and Europe markets.
