Reflective lens part
1. SURFACE OF LENS:
- Specially U.V coated on the lens to bear against ultra violet ray.
- The U.V. coating guarantees excellent coler fastness and will help long lasting reflection.
- The reflective effectiveness enlarged because dust will not stick on the lens.
2. INSIDE OF THE LENS.
- Since we set up the inside of the lens under vacuuming condition, cold or hot weather won't be affective to the lens.
Aluminium body frame part
- The lens has been set up to the body frame with epoxy resin.
It is firmly glued to the body with qualified epoxy which is prevent from breaking the lens and the lens won't come out even
if you breakout by force. - The frame of the body has been designed not to easily turn arousd on the asphalt road. At 4 corners on the bottom of the frame will keep the body steadily on the asphalt if well ininstalled our new Road Stud, SM60 with standard epoxy.
