'Didilhyang' grain products drew a huge attention of overseas buyers and the public, since its first introduction in the 2010 NRA Show. 'Didilhyang' products are produced with investment from the central and local government for the first time in Korea, and in co-operation with academy-industry-government-research such as the Korea Food Research Institute.

They are made from 100% newly harvested rice from Gyeonggi province in Korea and safe local ingredients chosen carefully by the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation. And they are made naturally, without the use of synthetic coloring agents or flavoring.

'Didilhyang Instant Topokki(Stir-Fried Rice Cake)’ is easy to cook (just like Ramen), not heavy on the stomach, and has low calories and no trans fat since it is non-fried.

There are 3 different flavors;  hot red pepper paste, soy sauce, and hot tomato sauce Topokki. They are available for a meal substitution food or an easy snack.

They are individually wrapped well in a plastic bag for two servings or packed in a paper bowl/cup for single-service.

NET WT.:  For Two Servings;  498g(bar rice cakes 360g+sauce 130g+block base 8g)
                For Single-service;  210g(bar rice cakes 140g+sauce 70g)

COOKING DIRECTIONS:  For Two Servings -- Bring bar rice cakes, block base and 180ml of water in the pan to boil over medium heat for 3~4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put the sauce when the rice cakes soften and let it simmer for additional 1~2 minutes. For improved taste please add some vegetables, fish cakes, beef, egg, mushroom, etc. And then enjoy it!

                For Single-service -- Put the bar rice cakes and sauce into the bowl/cup. Close lid and heat in the microwave for 2 ½ minutes. Stir well and enjoy.
