The following is brief explanation of our products.
- DIES : It is fixed in the dies stock and the handle is turned to process a male screw. Or it is fixed in the wire drawing bench to perform final touches on the outer diameter of material. It comes in a circular, square type and it refers to a mold for plating or die casting.
ball dies: Mold used to make a ball bearing.
heading dies: Mold used to make general bolts or nuts.
drawing dies: Mold used to draw a plate or rod.
stranding dies: Mold used to form a twisted wire.
T.C housing: Holder that supports a roll and a hood at a steel factory.
- PUNCH : Mold used to punch a hole in a plate or steel shape.
- ROLL : A cylindrical shaped mechanical part with a well grinded surface used for extrusion or polishing of an object. It is used for a paper machine or rolling machine.
