In-Situ type Backlight scattering method Dust analyzer 815A

Dust analyzer consists of Sensor probe unit and monitor with microprocessor. By installing it to the outlet of combustion exhaust gas, complicated operation such as isokinetic suction is not required, and it has high correlation with isokinetic suction method due to less range of measurement sensitivity.

Monitor unit supplies power to sensor and amplifies electrical signal from the sensor, and displays dust concentration value after filtering and converting the value. Range can be selected automatically or manually, and the following range signal is outputted. It instructs dust concentration value and temperature, and outputs set alarm signal. Built-in self-diagnosis function makes effective maintenance available for the analyzer administration.

The unit outputs contact signals of Status such as Fault, Adjust, Power Down, and TMS connection is easy. Output signals output concentration signal (0~1V and 4~20mA) and temperature signal(0~1V/100mA).It cools the temperature of sensor unit at instrument air 70°C and below by instrument air, and washes condenser at the same time.
