Features of ENVIS MEMBRANE System
ENVIS SYSTEM is a flat type precision membrane filter equipment immersed in the Bio-reactor vessel and it separates activated sludge and clean water completely. Obtaining stabilized treated water, porous membrane , below 0.4μm nominal bore can be used. For the purpose to minimize the suction resistance of treated water flow to the lowest value, the use of vertical passing flow system was evaded, and supporting plate system was adopted in the design to feed horizontal flow passage. To heighten the stability of ENVIS frame, standardized injection molding was adopted in forming ENVIS GUIDE and water collecting pipe. And thus composed the unit compact and simple.
