The MICOM method PROCESS CONTROL BLOCK

Our one-touch control system adjust the supply of power according to the amount of water input, water quality and water temperature and automatically maintains the optimal level of PH, ORP.

1.PH Adjustment Function
Accommodates any changes in the property of the source water depending on the region by adjusting the current voltage to maintain the PH level

2. In cases of water shut-off, warning messages are issued prior to the stopping the discharge of water.
When the input of the source-water falls below the standards, the flow sensor detects this conditions and issues a warning message before shutting off water discharges.

3. Sensors detect abnormalities in the water temperatures
When there is an input of source water that deviates from the required temperature range of 4~35℃, our product automatically shuts off to protects its machinery.

4. Automated shut-off of water discharges.
In order to prevent water wastage or overflow due to lack of caution on the part of the user, water discharges automatically shut off after 15 minutes.

5. Voiced instructions and volume control
Issues voiced instructions to guide users through each function and allows users to adjust the volume.

6. Issues filter-exchange alarms using sensors that track the amount of water-flow and time.
The length of time used and the accumulated amount of water flow is tracked by a calculating microchip so that the product can issue notifications on when the user should exchange the filters.

3-WAY Auto Cleaning Function

Our 3-way valve flow-way shut-off method is a automated cleaning function that uses a microship to calculated the accumulated amount of water flow & time. Under our state-of-the art cleaning system, while cleaning is being executed, water discharges from the alkali water dispenser is completely shut off so that the cleaning water is safely emitted only through the waste-water discharger.

A microchip is used to calculated the accumulated amount of water-flow and time so as to execute the RTR(Real Time Refesh) automated cleaning function.

2. Extended electrode life
By preventing the formation of scales on the electrodes, we maintain the optimal condition of the electrolyzer , thereby making it possible to use the electrodes semi-permanently.

3. User-convenience in the post-cleansing system
The cleansing system operates after completion of the water discharge so that users are not forced to wait while the product is undergoing cleansing.

4. User Safety
The cleaning water that should not be imbibed is emitted only through the waste-water discharger, further ensuring user safety.

Maximum electrolysis efficiency through round mesh electrolysis

Round Mesh electrodes are next-generation electrodes developed over 3 years of research by Taeyoung E&T's R&D team that uses electrical to maximize electrolysis efficiency.

1. Electrolysis Efficiency
The round mesh form enables uniform and efficient electrolysis to take place by creating the corner areas - where the electricity becomes concentrated - in even intervals over the entire electrode plate.

2. The generation of large quantities of bubbles and the effect of stirring the electrolyte
The bubbles that are created on the surface of the electrodes do not stay attached to the electrode surface and instead constantly stirs up the electrolyte, thereby allowing efficient electrolysis to take place.

SWITCHING MODE POWER SUPPLY [Registered Patent No. 10-0714055]

By applying the Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS)method, the AC Line frequency (50Hz~60Hz) is converted into DC, changing it into a high frequency for use(Several tens of Khz ~ Several hundred Khz). The Pulse Width Modulation method for converting frequency has also been employed to maximize power usage, making our product far more competitive in terms of high-efficiency and economy compared to existing water ionizers using the transformer method. Moreover, the technological composition of our products greatly enhance the stability of the power supply, with a system set-up mode that allows users to use the products in multi-configurations.

A Structural revolution-the sliding door Open&close Method and the adjustable turn round angle

	1. Our sliding door opening system [Application for Patent Registration No. 10-2009-0064291] Our sliding-type open & close method allows users to conveniently exchange filters and receive A/S care without shifting the position of the product.
	2. Turn Round Filter Replacement Structure [Registered Patent No. 10-0831027] The angle of the filter can be adjusted in any direction up to 15 degrees, making it convenient for users to combine the filter and the filter head.
	3. Filter Reset Touch Button The filter resetting button has been installed in the interior of the product to reduce the risk of users resetting the filter use level by mistake. This touch-method interface also offers separate buttons for the first and secondary filters.
