How to use it...
- For moist heat, spray on the herb pack with water before heating. Then, heat the pack in microwave for 30 seconds ~ 4 minutes depending on pack size.
- The power consumption is different for each microwave, and heat the pack about 30 more seconds by matching the temperature.
- When it is used as cold herb pack, put it in a plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator.
Check points...
- Although the smell of aroma can decrease over time. you can use hot pack for a long time.
- When using a herb pack, dropping 1~2 drops of aroma essential oil (lavender) on the herb pack can make the body feel more calm.
- When you use the blanket, the herb pack keeps the warm temperature much longer.
Cautions when doing laundry
- Power small amount of detergent in water and shake the herb pack by using hands, Hang the herb pack on cloth hanger on warm area and dry the pack.
- If you have the cover, do laundry it only.
