Uses

Used for preventing leakage of water and crack repair works of large concrete structures including subway, tunnel, dam, bridge, harbor, sewage disposal plant, electric power pipe and road construction. It can be used for preventing water leakage works and crack repair works of all concrete structures and buildings with cracks and leakage part with both wet surface and dry surface.

Characteristics

This is 2 liquids phase high-strength urethane product consists of main liquid of polyol component(liquid A) and hardening agent of isocyanate component (liquid B). It forms high-density, high-strength hardening structure at wet condition and forms low foaming hardening structure at wet condition.
It has excellent mechanical strength and durability so that it can be used for both dry and wet working condition. This is one of our strategic products.

* It forms non foaming high strength urethane foam for dry crack work and it forms partial foaming hardening structure containing urethane and urea at wet working condition. Reaction time can be adjusted according to work conditions including temperature, humidity, and amount of inflowing water.

Generally, water leakage work with foaming agent is required firstly and then epoxy repair work is required. However, you can convenient repair work at once resulting shortening of working time if you use our high-strength urethane grout (hardening time 1 ~ 2 minutes).

Package

It is packed as 40kg set consisting of Liquid A 19kg (Iron can container) + Liquid B 21kg (Iron can container).

How to use

Insert packer into the holes bored on cracking part with constant distance. Make injection work after filling the injection bucket of grouting injection pump(SGI-300) with liquid A and liquid B respectively. Apply the grout in the bucket immediately as possible. Viscosity of the grout may be increased in winter. For efficient work in this case, you may heat the iron can with hot wind machine to decrease the viscosity of the grout.

Precautions

Cover the grout container as soon as possible after pouring out. Wash out inside of A hose and B hose with oil etc. after removing grout completely from equipment and horses. Wear helmet, safety glasses and gloves to protect face and hands from staining with grout liquid. Wash out skin with soapy water immediately when it is stained on the skin.
