KOTEK has built a brand new iron foundry shop and started production of iron castings from Nov. 2009 with environmentally quality satisfaction to the customers. 

The new foundry is well equipped with most advanced hardwares and softwares specialized in process control of high quality wind mill casting . 

Also the new foundry has been designed environmenatlly friendly resulting in excellent ventilation , lightening as well as lowest noise level and vibration, which in return enhance operators' intensive  focus on the job to produce best quality windmill castings.

• Furnace : 1x2500kw+2x3MT, 1x1000kw+1x12.5MT
• Sand mixer : 2x20MT/hour
• Shot blast : 1x20MT/batch1
• Shake out M/C : 1x20MT/hour
• Overhead crane : 2x5MT, 2x10MT, 3x20MT, 1x30MT, 1x30/30MT
• Dust collector : 1x400m³/min, 2x600m³/min, 2x1000m³/min
• Air compressor : 3x(75kw/100hp)

Process control system

• Simulation for optimization gating system(Flow/Solidification/Stress simulation)
• Thermal analysis for optimization of base & final iron
