- Can start at any point of tension balance roller such as upper limit, lower limit or middle point etc.;
- Can work together with host inverter of wire drawing machine, or separately for take-up control;
- Manually or automatically recognize mechanical transmission ratio, easy to control;
- Automatically trace wire speed, the tension balance roller basically stays in the middle.
- No matter if empty / full / half winder, rude / thin wire, and high / low speed etc, the tension is always constant.
- Select the inverter whose adapted power coincides exactly with motor’s power rating, no need to use inverter with larger capacity.
