It is a cationic series polymer composite. It combines with anionic water-soluble substances in the waste water and forms insoluble complexes through neutralization and bridging adsorption effect with suspensions which is charged with negative ions in the colored wastewater and precipitates and condenses them. It is possible to replace inorganic flocculants such as PAC, aluminum sulfate, iron salt, etc. It can have sedimentation effects even with 10 to 30% of inorganic flocculants.
