Bokgengok has the meaning of origin of blessing(happiness). Bokgengok is the parched grain (organic whole wheat, organic brown rice, organic brown glutinous rice) mixed with vegetable , ginger, sea tangle and sea weed fusiforme and contains vitamin and mineral. It can be a substitute food(meal) which feels soft and is easily digested, so you can eat delicious meals with ease.

It is a wellbeing food made of organic whole wheat and organic yellow sugar that were grown in Tien Shan mountain located at an altitude of more than 5,000 meters and in Issyk-Kul lake located at an altitude of more than 2,000 meters, Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia. Both Tien Shan mountain and Issyk-Kul lake were designated as protected clean area by the environment protection organization of UNESCO.

The nutrition of organic whole wheat has been increased by germinating wheat.
It is baked by wind in an instant instead of being fried or baked in oil, so it tastes soft and is easily digested.
It is better to eat only Bogengok instead of eating with milk, coffee, and tea etc., but if you are not accustomed to eating only Bogengok, you may drink tea or water a little after chewing and swallowing Bogengok. A couple of pieces of sour apple or orange will get your throat wet and help to secrete saliva.
