Features

  2. Noodles have chewy texture as well as it is spicy and clean as we developed a taste with meat stock of Dongchimi and spicy seasoned red pepper sauce. You can enjoy unique fresh taste as we used lever, sesame as well as meat stock of Dongchimi.

Cooking Instruction

  1. Put one portion of noodle 150g into 800cc of boiled water (4 paper cups: to be submerged) and boil it for 40~50 seconds stirring with chopsticks.
  2. Scoop boiled noodles (when bubble begins to be formed) and put into cold water and rinse them evenly until sticky things disappear and then put them in a bowl.
  3. Pour cold meat stock of Dongchimi and put suitable amount of red pepper sauce and solid ingredient. Not it is ready to eat.
