Product Technology and Competiveness 

-  Most of the personal biodiesel machines currently available in the world are either manually or semi-automatically operated.  The price of those machines is more than twice compared with for our company’s product.  For other companies’ machines, the operator must always be on standby even with the automation equipments, in order to control the processes all the way to final production of finished biodiesel.

-   However, our company’s product that anyone can handle is the world’s first unattended, fully-automatic machine for high-purity biodiesel production with excellent cost competiveness.

1.The price of other companies’ semi-automatic machines is at least more than twice than for our own product. In these machines, the operator should directly put raw materials, catalysts, and inhibitors into the reactor.  Furthermore, it is inconvenient that on completion of the reaction the operator should directly handle the materials from the reactor throughout the finished biodiesel tank.

2. Our innovative product entirely removes such inconveniences and can process nine consecutive batches of production with a load of all materials.

3. Other companies’ machines produce low-purity biodiesel due to the batch type of reaction.

4. Our innovative product yields high-purity biodiesel with lesser amount of catalyst employing both of batch and continuous types of reaction together with additional reaction.

5. The reactor in our product produces 200-liter minimum up to 18,000-liter maximum with one loading of raw material, catalyst and inhibitor.

6. There is no contamination in the cleansing water by use of our ingenious lather-removing agent, oil/water separator, and filter.

7. Our biodiesel can be used with our own fuel filter in all diesel cars (including the cars with the common-rail engines) without any structural change in the car.

8. Our technology of biodiesel reactor and reaction control method is recognized with registration of eight patents (one international invention, two domestic inventions, one new device, and four new designs).

In order to produce 5,000 liters for 5 hours, nothing is necessary except for Unmanned, Fully Automatic Biodiesel Machine.  There is no construction cost, but is needed only space for the reactor and raw material tank, and utilities (electricity, water supply).
