Description

• Polyester staple fiber (PSF) is a short length derived either directly from the polymerization of PTA and MEG or from PET fiber chips. The same applies to Hollow Conjugate Fiber.
  
  
• PSF is spun into yarn then woven into fabric for apparel. Common lengths are 38mm or 40mm. It can also be used as stuffing for toys and pillows and as insulation and wadding for bedding and furniture, and this grade is called Hollow Conjugate Fiber, or fiber-fill.
  
  
• Polyester Staple Fiber is characterized by being able to replace cotton fiber due to its anti-abrasion capability, anti-chemical capability and high electric recovery rate. It is variously used in cotton supplies, cushion and stuffing supplies for toys, for instance, cotton spinning supplies, coverlet cotton, toy and non-woven goods as well as car interior textiles, etc.
