Single-line Semi hard foam SW-PUII

Isocyanate is transformed to a hard foaming shape as being reacted with water, from which one's component polyurethane injection resin is manufactured.
One-component polyurethane(SW-PUII) resin is used for rock fill of ground/rock floor with water, cement, concrete structure.

Directions of one-component polyurethane

• Mix an accelerator to facilitate the reaction of isocyanate and water
  Since SW-PUII already contains an accelerator, it can be immediately used at a construction site.
• One-component resin can be injected by using a simple piston type pump or grease pump.
• It can be expanded as much as 20~40times unless pressure is applied to adjust an injection amount or speed.
• Injecting it into sand soil restricts foaming, intensifying a hardened block mixed with sand.
